Inclusion in the outdoors matters because:

People preserve what they value, and outdoor experiences will drive them to conserve and expand our public spaces. Outdoor experiences are teaching moments, proven to support better physical and mental health, as well as to expand people’s understanding of their role in protecting our environment. Marginalized communities statistically have less access to outdoor spaces. By increasing inclusivity in the outdoors, there will be additional opportunities for these communities to feel safe in pursuing a healthy lifestyle. 

Five years down the line, it’s our hope that:

CamelBak has made an impact, helping to usher in an era of inclusion. We hope to be a voice of change, and to partner with likeminded companies in the outdoor industry to foster meaningful relationships with diverse communities.
